Course Information
Knowledge of food (functions, types, food value) are introduced through the cooking lessons. The importance of healthy eating and balanced diet are conveyed to students. Some cooking techniques like stir-frying, boiling, steaming, baking is taught in the lessons.

Cooking is a living skill and can be developed to a life-long interest. Through making the dishes, we can share with our family members, friends as to build up good relationships between each other. Cooking can be done in our leisure time. Making variations in cooking, our creativity can be developed.
