There were 16 teams of threes from Form One to Form Three who participated in this event. Each group of students was assigned to a starting station. At each station, students had one question to answer. Students had to find the next station after they found the solution of the question. The group which finished all questions in the shortest time won. Form 4 Visual Arts students undertook an installation art project. This project was set up with the aim of bringing St Stephen’s art close to the community. |  | Commemorative Plaque Unveiling Ceremony at SSC 16-04-2009 The Honourable Stockwell Day, Canada’s Minister for International Trade and Minister for the Asia-Pacific Gateway, and Mr C P Lin, Chairman Emeritus of the College’s Council, unveiled a commemorative plaque in the Library to honour the sacrifices of the Canadian servicemen who fought against overwhelming odds in the defence of Hong Kong during the Second World War. Mr. C. C. Tung 董建成先生, Vice Chairman of the College Council gave a vote of thanks. Mr. Tony Banham, author of Not the Slightest Chance: The Defence of Hong Kong, 1941, a specialist in Hong Kong's wartime experience, provided a brief account of the history at St Stephen’s during WWII. Students and staff were joined by veterans of WWII (and former internees) of the Stanley Internment Camp (St Stephen’s College) at the ceremony. |
